EASY STEPS ON OWNING A HOUSE AND LOT AT BELLEFORT ESTATES

You can text us at 0905 344-4000 for your query and for a schedule of a site viewing for you or your representative.

2. RESERVE YOUR UNIT
Pay the reservation fee for your choice house and lot at Bellefort Estates. Our sales office accepts cheques and credit cards. Please bring basic requirements such as IDs, Cedula, Proof of billing and your TIN. A list of complete requirements can be found in the "green button" below for your guidance. Our team will assist you in every step of the way.

3. SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
All the required documents "must" be submitted within 30-45 days from reservation date.Please submit all the requirements on time. 

 4. PAY THE 12.5% DOWNPAYMENT EASILY IN 15 MONTHS AT 0% INTEREST
From the 1st to the 15th month, pay the monthly down payment (see sample computation) at 0% interest.

5. MOVE IN TO YOUR NEW HOUSE!
On the 16th - 18th month, your brand-new house and lot is ready for inspection and turn-over. Buyers are given 60 days from Notice of Completion to inspect their unit.
